About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a central role in making sure residents receive high-quality, dignified, and person-centred support every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care & Support: Assist residents with daily living tasks, including personal care, dressing, mobility, and mealtime support.
Care Plan Execution: Deliver individualized care aligned with specific care plans and safety risk assessments.
Companionship: Spend quality one-to-one time with residents, fostering meaningful connections and emotional wellbeing.
Teamwork & Safety: Collaborate with nurses, senior carers, and staff across the home to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
About You
We are looking for empathetic, reliable individuals with a passion for supporting older adults and delivering excellence in care.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience caring for older people (in professional or personal care settings).
Skills: Excellent communication skills, active listening, and a practical, can-do approach.
