Key Responsibilities

• Personalized Care: Follow individual care plans to assist residents with daily tasks, personal hygiene, mobility, and nutritional support.

• Companionship & Wellbeing: Build warm, respectful relationships with residents, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and engaged.

• Dignity & Comfort: Help maintain a safe, clean, and dignified environment across day or night shifts.

• Care Teamwork: Work collaboratively alongside nurses, senior carers, and leadership to maintain high standards of service.

About You

• Experience: Prior experience caring for older individuals in a personal or professional capacity.

• Key Strengths: Excellent communication skills with a positive, "can-do" attitude.

• Qualities: Deep empathy, warm-heartedness, and a passion for person-centered care.

• Growth Readiness: Eager to learn—full introductory training and ongoing career development support will be provided.
