About the Role
Are you friendly, hands-on, and passionate about fresh food and great customer service? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with our national retail client to recruit a dedicated Customer Assistant - Market Street & Café for their Perth store.
In this role, you will be right at the heart of preparing and serving the fresh, high-quality food our client is renowned for. Whether you are serving meals in the Café or preparing items like pizzas, fresh fish, or meat on Market Street, you will play a massive part in making every customer's experience special. Because you will also receive cross-training across other departments—such as Replenishment and Customer Service—this is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile team player.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Service: Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality meals in the Café or handle fresh counter items (like pizzas, meat, or fish) on Market Street.
Structured Operations: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment following clear routines and timed activities to keep everything running smoothly.
Cross-Store Support: Assist across other vital areas of the store, including Replenishment and Customer Service, as business needs require.
Customer Care: Approach every customer interaction with a helpful and friendly attitude, resolving queries and ensuring they get what they need.
