About this role
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will help provide an enjoyable dining experience by assisting residents during mealtimes, preparing dining areas, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will work closely with the catering team to ensure residents' dietary needs are met while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with meal selections and provide excellent support during dining services.
Prepare and maintain clean, well-presented dining and bistro areas, ensuring food and refreshments are regularly replenished.
Follow residents' dietary requirements while maintaining high standards of food service and hygiene.
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment is desirable.
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is beneficial with a strong commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
Excellent customer service skills with a caring and compassionate approach towards residents.
