What You Will Do

• Monitor and check the health and well-being of clients and staff via face-to-face visits, telephone calls, and care record reviews

• Undertake assessments and re-assessments of care needs to ensure person-centred care plans

• Safeguard clients against the risk of abuse and ensure staff receive proper training

• Conduct regular supervisions, reviews, and competency checks with team members to promote personal development

• Participate in on-call duties and weekend work as required

What We Are Looking For

• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards it)

• Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level

• Well-organised, self-motivated, and able to work 40 hours per week including weekends

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
