Care Support Worker (Bank / Flexible)

Location: Sevenoaks Medical Centre & Royal Tunbridge Wells Clinic

Hours: Bank contract (Flexible shifts, Monday to Friday between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM)

Hourly Rate: £13.20 per hour + accumulated holiday pay

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Care Support Worker to join the nursing teams across Sevenoaks and Royal Tunbridge Wells on a flexible bank basis.

What You Will Do

• Support patients before, during, and after clinic appointments, ensuring comfort, reassurance, and dignity at all times.

• Monitor and record basic clinical observations such as temperature, pulse, respirations, and weight while maintaining accurate records.

• Assist with patient admission, registration, and act as a clinical chaperone when required.

• Prepare and maintain clinical equipment and treatment areas, championing infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality.

What We Are Looking For

• An NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) alongside previous experience working in a hospital or outpatient environment.

• A caring, compassionate approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to work effectively as a team player while maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.

• Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK and a satisfactory DBS check.
