Complex Care Assistant (Tracheostomy Specialist)
Location: East Dulwich, SE22, London (One-to-one home care)
Hours: Full-time and part-time available
Shifts: 12-hour day and night shifts
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £16.00 per hour (Estimated annual earnings of £26,200 – £28,950 based on average 36-hour weekly patterns)

We are currently recruiting dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a young woman in her 20s living with a rare bone condition and a tracheostomy in her own home in East Dulwich. (Note: This is dedicated one-to-one home care based at a single residence—you will not travel between multiple homes!)

What You Will Do
Provide attentive, person-centred complex care, helping our client manage her tracheostomy and daily routines with confidence and safety.
Act as a cheerful, vibrant, and reassuring companion—bringing a fun spirit to help lift low moods and ease anxiety so she can enjoy all the exciting things young adults do.
Work proactively within a small, consistent core team dedicated to a single client residence.

What You Are Looking For
At least 6 months of professional healthcare experience, with required tracheostomy care experience.
A cheerful, vibrant, and compassionate personality who loves bringing fun and positivity into someone's day.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
