Salary: £13.30 - £14.30 per hour (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are partnering with Knight's Grove (part of Bupa) to find a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant for a permanent, full-time role. In this fulfilling position, you will be right at the heart of an outstanding community, providing person-centred care that champions independence, preserves dignity, and helps residents live a life they truly love.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting residents with a wide range of needs, from meaningful companionship to respectful personal care.
Assisting with nutrition and hydration, encouraging residents to eat and drink according to their individual care plans.
Providing essential physical and mental stimulation through engaging group and individual social activities.
Observing, managing, and documenting changes in resident behaviour while maintaining accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Motivation, a positive attitude, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable: Previous experience working in a care home environment or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
