Domestic Assistant (Day)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Manor Park for a Domestic Assistant (Day) to join their team in Castleford, UK.

In this role, you will play an essential role in keeping the care home clean, comfortable, and safe during day shifts. Working alongside the wider care team, you will ensure high standards of hygiene across all facilities to support the health and overall wellbeing of residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of resident bedrooms, bathrooms, en-suites, and shared living spaces.

• Ensure safe waste handling and manage cleaning chemicals strictly in line with COSHH regulations.

• Restock paper products, clean furnishings, and maintain clean, welcoming communal areas.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize housekeeping tasks effectively.

• A caring, compassionate nature with a genuine interest in working in a social care environment.

• Eligibility to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance of Castleford, UK.
