Salary: Up to £18.35 per hour (depending on experience) + £1,000 Welcome Bonus + Up to £3,000 Annual Bonus Potential
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week, including some weekends)

As a Chef Manager through Supportive Bridge, you will lead a dedicated kitchen team to deliver exceptional, fresh dining experiences. You will shape varied menus tailored to personal preferences, manage budgets and stock, and play a pivotal role in making residents feel truly at home through great food and meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Create varied, nutritious menus tailored to residents' dietary requirements and individual preferences.
Prepare fresh, high-quality meals that residents look forward to every day.
Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team to maintain an exceptional standard of dining.
Maintain rigorous standards of food safety, hygiene, HACCP, COSHH, and kitchen compliance.
Manage stock, ordering, budgets, and supplier relationships effectively while supporting special events and seasonal celebrations.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience working within a fresh-food kitchen environment.
Relevant food hygiene qualifications with a strong grasp of HACCP and COSHH guidelines.
Proven experience leading and developing a kitchen team.
Strong planning, organisational, and budget-management skills combined with a creative approach to menu planning and food presentation.
