Salary: £24.50 per hour
Location: Wilsmere House Care Centre, Wilsmere Drive, Harrow Weald, Harrow HA3 6BJ
Hours: 40 hours a week, permanent, day shifts

You will run nursing on one unit of a Barchester care home – planning and checking care, writing care plans, planning rotas and training and mentoring staff.
Key requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
Experience as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly qualified nurses
Experience writing care plans and risk assessments
Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practice, DoLS/MCA and medicines guidelines
Leadership skills and resilience
