We are proud to partner with Circle Health Group—Britain’s leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a dynamic and strategic Clinical Services Manager for the Theatre department at The Saxon Clinic in Milton Keynes.
Lead the theatre team in delivering outstanding, patient-centered care across all perioperative stages, including anaesthetics, surgery, and recovery.
Foster a supportive, compassionate team culture through effective engagement, clear communication, and ongoing professional mentorship.
Prioritize patient safety at all times, acting as a strong clinical advocate and maintaining strict safeguarding standards.
Drive high clinical standards through the implementation of evidence-based practice, rigorous clinical audits, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Lead by example in maintaining immaculate infection control, pristine documentation standards, and compliance with clinical governance frameworks.
Registration: Current, valid NMC or HCPC registered practitioner with proven perioperative leadership experience.
Background: Strong clinical background in anaesthetics, scrub, or recovery within hospital theatre environments.
Leadership & Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
Commercial & Operational Knowledge: Sound understanding of financial planning, budgeting, business development, labour management, and workforce efficiency tools.
Technical Proficiency: Experience utilizing theatre scheduling software and electronic patient record systems.
Development: Clear evidence of continued professional development in leadership, quality improvement, or advanced perioperative care.
Competitive Salary: Up to £68,000.00 per year.
