As a Bank Night Registered Nurse through Supportive Bridge, you will be at the heart of making a meaningful difference. You will drive and run the unit alongside clinical duties, ensuring high clinical standards are met, leading CQC tasks, and providing expert clinical guidance to the wider care team.
Take responsibility for residents' overall well-being, ensuring physical, emotional, and social needs are fully met.
Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and care professionals.
Carry out clinical assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they remain safe and conform to all relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development.

A naturally caring, hands-on approach with a flair for helping people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity.
