You will look after residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing, carry out assessments, write and review care plans, and coach the care team. The post is permanent, with full-time and part-time options and flexible day or night shifts.

Pay (as stated by Bupa): £19.40ph & Excellent Benefits plus £1,000 welcome bonus

• Good communication and able to coach colleagues
