Advertising Rate: Competitive Agency Rates (Based on an attractive hourly rate of £14.00 – £16.00 per hour, with enhanced bank holidays up to £30)
Hours: Full-time or part-time agency shifts (Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 20:00)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to support specialized home-care placements, partnering to find exceptional care providers for individuals with complex needs. We are currently recruiting a dedicated Complex Care Support Worker to support a young lady living independently in Sevenoaks as part of a Registered Nurse-led complex care package.
The client lives with cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, and limited communication. If you have a warm, positive approach and want to make a meaningful difference while developing your specialist clinical skills, this is the ideal role for you!
Key Responsibilities
Specialist Clinical Care: Deliver expert support within a nurse-led package, including tracheostomy care, oral suctioning, BiPAP and Nippy 4 ventilator support, Cough Assist, and PEG feeding.
Person-Centred Support: Provide calm, friendly, and engaging care tailored to the client's routines, interests, and hobbies.
Care Plan Adherence: Follow care plans written by nurse managers precisely, acting as an advocate in the client's best interest.
Health Monitoring & Documentation: Closely observe and monitor the client's health status, keeping thorough and accurate documentation at all times.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this specialized agency placement, you will need:
Previous complex care experience is desirable (though full specialist training and ongoing clinical support are provided).
A compassionate, attentive, and warm disposition.
