What You Will Be Doing
Work as part of an inclusive, supportive team providing comprehensive care to people with complex mental health conditions.
Take part in ward rounds, analyze behaviors, adapt care plans collaboratively with colleagues, and maintain accurate patient records.
Provide overall care and support, including assisting patients with personal hygiene and daily living needs.
Bring a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance to a dynamic environment where you will see the rewarding impact of your support.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar care environment.
A naturally caring, compassionate, and resilient disposition with high levels of vigilance.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Three Valleys Hospital in Keighley, West Yorkshire (BD20 6TU) provides care for people with complex mental health issues across five specialist wards—including a specialist dementia service. The hospital offers gender-specific rehabilitation and step-down services across 43 en-suite bedrooms with warm, spacious, and homely communal areas.
