About the Role

We are currently recruiting Store Cleaners to support retail stores across key locations in Derbyshire (Belper, Clay Cross, Somercotes, and Matlock).

As a Store Cleaner, you are key to keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming for every customer who walks through the doors. From clearing litter and washing windows to keeping trolleys tidy and aisles hazard-free, your hard work directly maintains the store's daily high standards.

Detailed Key Responsibilities

General Cleaning Tasks: Maintain overall store appearance, including cleaning windows, clearing litter around site premises, and tidying trolley bays.
Floor Safety: Keep aisles clear, clean, and safe to ensure an easy, pleasant shopping experience.
Customer Service: Deliver friendly, professional support when interacting with shoppers on the floor.
Schedule Maintenance: Follow a comprehensive cleaning schedule efficiently within a fast-paced retail environment.

Skills & Requirements

Positive Attitude: Driven, cheerful, and enthusiastic (prior cleaning experience is a plus but not essential—full training provided).
Organised & Efficient: High attention to detail with the ability to stick to daily cleaning schedules.
Approachable & Professional: Friendly personality, representing both agency and store standards well to customers and colleagues.
Reliable: Dependable team player ready to support store operations.
Transport Readiness: Shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM and finish as late as 10:00 PM (varies by store). Please ensure you have dependable transport to and from your chosen store for these hours.
