MHA's Maple Leaf House in Ripley, Derbyshire, has Care Assistant posts on days and nights. Most residents live with dementia; you would give personal and social care that protects their dignity and independence, and act as keyworker for a small group, helping to build their care plans.
Pay and hours: £13.79 per hour. Permanent, full time, 38.5 hours per week (two day posts and one night post). Closing date: 6 Nov 2026 (may close early).

Respect and sensitivity towards older people
Willing to train (Level 1 or 2 in social care encouraged)
Good listener and communicator
Patient, caring and able to work alone or in a team
Flexible rota including weekends; care experience is helpful, not essential
