Kick-start your cybersecurity career with a hands-on 12-week summer internship. As a Security Consultant intern, you will help clients understand, manage, and mitigate cyber risks, secure their operations, and investigate security breaches through technical services, assurance, and support.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Research emerging cyber threats and strategies to defend against them, assisting with security breach and incident investigations.
Support information security governance and management while contributing to the delivery of security improvement, remediation, and hardening programmes.
Assist in the development and review of critical security policies and processes.
Conduct application- and system-level risk assessments.
Analyze advanced security technologies and contribute to the development of innovative defensive solutions.
Academic Background: Must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a minimum of a 2:2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM subject.
Analytical Mindset: A strong aptitude for problem-solving, a keen interest in cybersecurity, and excellent communication skills.
Security Note: Due to defense and security regulations, all applicants must achieve at least a Baseline Personnel Security Standard. Higher levels of National Security Vetting may apply where required.
