As a qualified RNLD, you will ensure that service users with mental health conditions and complex care needs receive high-quality, compassionate care while supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care.
Take responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programs.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to fellow team members.
Observe, record, and report all service user changes while maintaining accurate clinical records.
A relevant nursing qualification (RNLD).
Active NMC registration.
Strong team-working and communication skills.
High level of self-motivation with a flexible and adaptable approach.

A strong commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
Thornford Park is a 141-bedded independent hospital supporting service users who require medium and low secure Forensic Mental Health Services, alongside a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Mental Health Service. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing personalized assessment and treatment pathways for males with mental illness/complex care needs or personality disorders, as well as patients within the PICU service.
Competitive Salary: £35,269 - £36,209 per annum.
