About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with our client to recruit a friendly and customer-focused Customer Team Member in Belfast.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team in a fast-moving store, delivering essential services to your community. Whether working on the shop floor, operating tills, helping in the bakery, or supporting home delivery services, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers. Full, paid training is provided from day one!
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Provide a welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful shopping experience, stepping in to put things right when needed.
Store Operations: Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, keeping shelves stocked, checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy to maintain a safe and legal environment.
Community & Membership: Promote Co-op Membership and build strong, positive connections with your local community.
Candidate Requirements
Core Skills: A genuine passion for helping people, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
Experience: An interest in retail and busy store environments is key, but previous experience is not essential as full training is provided.
Shift Availability: A mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (either Friday after 6:00 PM, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday). Working patterns to be discussed further at interview.
