As a Host / Waiter or Waitress at the luxury Richmond Villages Cheltenham, your presence during mealtimes is crucial to creating an exceptional living experience. You will ensure residents receive dignified, personalized attention, promote social interaction, and contribute directly to their overall well-being in a stunning retirement community boasting an outstanding 9.9/10 review score.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up tables and provide warm, attentive service in the village restaurant and café at mealtimes.

• Prepare trays and deliver room service to village residents who prefer to dine in their private apartments or rooms.

• Serve drinks at the bar as required (applicable to applicants over 18 years old).

• Ensure the restaurant, café, and immediate kitchen areas are kept clean, tidy, and compliant with high hygiene standards.

• Support additional tasks across the village, such as serving or clearing meals from resident rooms, restocking personal kitchenettes, or delivering refreshments.
