Job Overview
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for a caring, reliable individual to join the Agincare Dorchester Outreach team as a Support Worker.

You will help a gentleman with Asperger's Syndrome and Depressive Disorder build confidence, gain independence, and stay connected to his local community. This role focuses on promoting wellbeing, encouraging community engagement, and providing emotional support while respecting his high level of independence.

Pay Rate: Up to £13.50 per hour
Hours: Part-time schedule tailored to specific days/times (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday shifts)

What You Will Do
Provide person-centred support and personal care tailored to the individual
Encourage meaningful activities, hobbies, and community experiences
Support effective communication in a way that works best for him
Follow care plans precisely and maintain accurate daily records
Promote independence, safety, and overall emotional well-being
What We Are Looking For
A calm, patient, and caring approach with a willingness to learn and build trust
Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred
A reliable team player who values consistency
A full UK driving licence
At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
