Salary: £26,437 per annum (plus Inner London Weighting, if residing & working in London)
Hours: 35 hours per week (Permanent)

In this leadership role, you will take charge of a friendly charity shop, combining your retail expertise with a passion for driving meaningful change. From designing the perfect store layout to managing financial targets and inspiring your team, no two days are the same as you help spread kindness and support a vital cause.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, induct, train, and manage staff and volunteers, getting the absolute best out of your people.
Store Operations & Merchandising: Oversee shop floor activities, coordinate behind-the-scenes tasks, and design engaging layouts that connect customers to the cause.
Financial & Administrative Management: Take responsibility for achieving financial targets, handling cash duties, and utilizing proven IT/PC skills.
Community Representation: Act as an ambassador for the organization, promoting the shop as the charity retailer of choice in Lewisham.
What We Are Looking For
Supervisory Retail Experience: Proven background in a retail environment at a supervisory level, with strong customer service and cash-handling capabilities.
Management & People Skills: Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a dedicated team.
Commercial & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Initiative-driven approach with a track record of working toward targets and achieving fantastic results.
IT Proficiency: Comfortable navigating a PC with proven IT skills.
