Salary: £13.10 - £14.10 per hour (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Night shifts)
Are you a compassionate, calm, and dedicated night owl looking to bring a reassuring presence and person-centred care to older residents overnight?
We are partnering with Druid Stoke (part of Bupa) to find a caring and motivated Care Assistant for permanent night shifts. In this vital role, you will be right at the heart of the home, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout the night while preserving their dignity and independence.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting residents with night-time requirements, ranging from reassuring companionship to respectful personal care.
Observing, managing, and documenting any changes in resident wellbeing or behaviour accurately and in line with regulatory guidelines.
Supporting residents' nutrition and hydration needs during the night according to individual care plans.
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date care plans to ensure seamless continuity of care.
What We’re Looking For
Motivation, a positive attitude, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
Desirable: Previous experience working in a care home environment or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
