About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with our client to recruit a dedicated and reliable LGV Driver (C&E/Class 1) - Day Shift in Dalcross, Inverness.

In this role, you will transport products safely and efficiently from the distribution centre to local stores, helping offload stock upon arrival. You will play a vital role in keeping our shelves stocked and communities happy, all while enjoying a supportive work environment and a strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Deliveries: Transport stock from the distribution centre to regional stores safely, professionally, and cost-effectively, obeying rules of the road and following correct procedures.

• Store Support: Provide an efficient delivery service, assisting with offloading stock safely into stores regardless of weather conditions.

• Brand Representation: Positively represent the company out on the road, treating other road users, pedestrians, customers, and colleagues with respect.

Candidate Requirements

• Licence Requirement: Must hold a valid C&E category (Class 1) LGV driver's licence OR a C category (Class 2) LGV driver's licence.

• Driving Experience: Previous driving experience is required (multi-drop delivery experience is highly preferable).

• Professional Skills: Good service skills with the ability to represent the company positively and work collaboratively with customers and colleagues.

• Shift Availability: Start times between 3:00 AM – 6:00 AM, working 5 days over 7 (including regular weekend shifts). Contracts are for 40 hours, with expected overtime to meet operational needs.
