The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of making a real difference to our residents, delivering high-quality personal, social, and emotional care while building meaningful relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific individual needs.
Provide comprehensive support ranging from daily companionship to personal care.
Work as part of a close team to support nurses and senior care assistants in monitoring resident health and reporting any changes.
Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.
What We Are Looking For
Motivated, positive individuals with exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural empathy for others.
Whether you are an experienced carer or brand new to the sector, a passion for providing kindness and warmth is essential (full training and digital care system onboarding provided).
