Pay Rate: £13.46 per hour

Contract Type: Full Time (42 hours per week, including alternate weekends with day and night shifts available)

What You Will Do

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care

• Support residents with personal care while promoting dignity and independence

• Administer medication safely and accurately

• Contribute to and review resident care plans

• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful daily engagement

• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)

• Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards Level 3)

• A caring, confident team player with strong leadership qualities and flexibility for day or night shifts
