About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Tesco in helping candidates secure fantastic retail opportunities. Tesco is currently looking for a dedicated Tesco Colleague to join the team at the Royston Extra store.

Availability & Working Hours
Contracted Hours: 23 hours per week (guaranteed hours with options to discuss flexibility down to 12 hours if preferred).
Required Availability Window:
Tuesday: 07:00 – 16:00
Wednesday: 07:00 – 12:00
Friday: 07:00 – 14:00
Saturday: 07:00 – 14:45
Note: You will receive 3 weeks' notice of your exact shift schedules. Applicants must be over 18 years of age.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Put customers at the heart of everything you do, greeting them with a smile and serving with passion and pride.
Store Operations: Work flexibly across service, picking, and replenishment areas, and occasionally accept store deliveries.
Safety & Standards: Put your training into practice to work safely, handle products with care to maintain quality, and help drive store sales and reduce waste.
Community & Team Spirit: Take part in community and charity events, building strong relationships with colleagues to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
What You Will Need
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building natural rapport.
The ability to take the initiative, make right-for-customer decisions, and work well within a diverse team.
Reliability, punctuality, and pride in being a brand ambassador.
Must be over 18 years old and have passed the school leaver's age.
