Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Bradford Council to recruit a dedicated Reablement Support Worker within the Bradford Reablement Service (formerly known as BEST). In this role, you will work for Trustcare—a specialized team operating alongside Safe and Sound to respond to emergency calls for help and support.
This is a rewarding opportunity to empower vulnerable adults, helping them regain independence, build confidence, and manage daily living tasks within community settings.
As a Reablement Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care, assist with personal care needs, and respond promptly to emergency situations. Key responsibilities include:
Reablement & Independence: Re-abling individuals in community settings and supporting them to regain their independence and confidence.
Daily Support & Personal Care: Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care while treating every individual with dignity and respect.
Emergency Response: Attending emergency calls for individuals who have fallen or need urgent help and support (working as part of the Trustcare team alongside Safe and Sound).
Digital Documentation: Documenting accurate records securely on digital devices.
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable professional who brings the right skills and qualifications:
Essential Qualification: Minimum RQF (Regulated Qualifications Framework) Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent (QCF/NVQ).
Driving Licence: Full UK (manual) driving licence is required (transport is provided).
