About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RGN / RMN / RNLD) for flexible bank placements in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, specializing in complex care and mental health.
In this role, you will bring your clinical expertise to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring residents with complex needs and mental health conditions receive high-quality, dignified, and person-centered care. You will enjoy the autonomy to exercise your clinical judgment while making a meaningful impact on residents' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing clinical guidance and mental health expertise to multidisciplinary teams.
Developing, reviewing, and implementing tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Carrying out a variety of complex clinical tasks and managing medication safely in line with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Helping new residents settle in while upholding regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA standards.
Providing flexible cover for annual leave, sickness, or peak times across day or night shifts.
About You
Registration: Current, active NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
Clinical Expertise: Strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in dementia and complex mental health care.
Knowledge: Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLS, MCA, and pharmaceutical guidelines.
Attributes: Dedicated, compassionate, and proud of delivering thoughtful, person-centered nursing care.
