In this fast-paced, varied role, no two days are the same. You will thrive on making our customers happy every day by delivering fresh products safely and on time, all while maintaining a helpful, friendly style that goes above and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Deliveries: Deliver shopping directly to customers' doors, providing a friendly service and ensuring products arrive fresh and on time.

• Shift Patterns: Work a mix of morning (07:00 to 16:30) and evening (14:30 to 22:00) shifts, requiring approximately 50% weekend work to support business needs.

• Active Handling: Safely lift and move heavy items, including totes weighing up to 18kg, using a range of equipment while maintaining high standards of Health & Safety.

• Query Resolution: Use your own initiative to support and resolve customer queries on delivery.

About You

• Licence Requirements: Must be over 18 years old, have held a full driving licence for over 1 year, and have no more than 6 points on your licence.

• People & Customer Focused: Loves meeting new people and going above and beyond to make customers happy.

• Active & Resilient: Enjoys an active, fast-paced, and varied environment, comfortable with lifting and physical duties.

• Proactive Problem Solver: Able to use your own initiative to resolve customer queries efficiently.
