Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Service Delivery & Uptime: Lead and support site-based critical asset service delivery, ensuring 100% uptime focus, risk mitigation, and adherence to agreed KPIs.

• Operational Planning: Plan, implement, and deliver contract operational plans through effective, client-focused management and continuous improvement strategies.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and line-manage the site-based Critical Environment team, mechanical/engineering areas, and specialist contractors.

• Commercial & Financial Management: Take responsibility for commercial business targets, profit margins, budget performance, and monthly operational reporting.

• Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure total adherence to legislative and site health and safety regulations, fostering a positive behavioral safety culture across all touchpoints.

What You Will Need

• Engineering Background: Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge paired with a relevant engineering qualification.

• Technical Expertise: Working knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, including Generators, Cooling systems, and UPS systems.

• Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and understanding site criticality/uptime risks.

• Core Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft packages, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and strong administrative capability.

• Requirements: Hold a valid UK driving license and the ability to meet required security clearance standards.
