Hours: Bank (Flexible / As and when needed for casual, part-time cover)

As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) working through our supportive bridge staffing agency, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents, helping to deliver the exceptional standard of care they deserve. This is a casual, flexible role designed to offer true autonomy while providing essential cover for annual leave or sick leave.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Clinical Excellence: Utilizing your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions and deliver safe, high-quality care.
Care Planning: Developing tailored, person-centred care plans and detailed risk assessments for residents with diverse physical and mental healthcare needs.
Medication Management: Overseeing the safe administration and handling of medicines.
Environment: Creating a safe, supportive, and respectful atmosphere where residents are truly valued.

Qualifications & Registration: Current NMC registration and up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices.
Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Experience: Proven experience in producing comprehensive care plans and risk assessments.
