Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting a dedicated and flexible Registered Nurse on behalf of an established care home in Reading, UK. This casual/bank role is ideal for an experienced clinical professional looking for adaptable working hours while delivering outstanding clinical governance, dementia support, and complex care.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing medication administration, complex care planning, and acting as the Nurse in Charge during shifts.
Administering specialized clinical procedures, including catheterisation, syringe drivers, PEG feeding, and blood sampling.
Collaborating with General Practitioners and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure resident safety and holistic well-being.
Requirements
A recognized UK NMC Nursing qualification with an active, valid NMC PIN (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
Proven experience within a UK nursing home setting, alongside a strong understanding of dementia care and the Mental Capacity Act.
Excellent clinical decision-making abilities, leadership skills, and proficiency with person-centred care systems.
