Same-Day Reporting: Reporting findings back to schools on the same day to share valuable insights and prevent further absences.
Collaboration: Working closely with families, schools, and Bradford Council to help remove barriers and support positive attendance solutions.
We are seeking a naturally inquisitive, professionally curious individual who brings:
Experience working with children, young people, their families, and schools.
A strong knowledge and understanding of the barriers to excellent school attendance.
An optimistic, reliable, and energetic approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
