• Pay Rate: £15.35 - £18.69 hourly rate (comprising a £13.34/hr base rate plus applicable shift allowances, including back shift, night shift, and weekend premiums)

• Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

• Working Pattern: Fixed rota working Thursday to Monday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM

The Opportunity

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is thrilled to partner with Co-op to recruit energetic Warehouse Operatives for their Avonmouth depot.

No prior experience is necessary as full training is provided from day one, making this an ideal active role if you want to get some exercise while on the clock! Working in a dynamic warehouse environment across ambient, chilled, and frozen sections, you’ll help ensure local stores are fully stocked with the products customers love.

What You’ll Do

• Pick & Pack: Accurately pick and pack stock for store orders across frozen, chilled, and ambient sections using appropriate manual handling equipment.

• Load & Unload: Efficiently handle the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles with cages and pallets.

• Inventory Management: Distribute products securely to the correct locations within the warehouse.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to hit key daily targets and maintain a smooth operation.
