Working as a Bank Maintenance Assistant through our supportive bridge staffing agency on behalf of Barchester Healthcare, you will help ensure that our home always makes the right first impression. In this varied role, you will provide essential cover to keep our building, facilities, and grounds in top condition all day, every day, enabling our residents to receive the quality care and support they deserve.
Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
Provide flexible, reliable cover for property and grounds maintenance.
Ensure all indoor and outdoor areas are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing.
Turn your hand to a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks.
Help maintain the highest standard of facilities to support a comfortable environment for residents.
Candidate Requirements (What You'll Need)
Some practical experience in property maintenance or general repairs.
A patient, caring nature with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of our residents.
A flexible, reliable, and adaptable "can-do" approach.
Good communication skills and a willingness to tackle a diverse range of hands-on tasks.
