Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join the team at a vibrant Fitness & Wellbeing Club in Yeovil, UK. In this role, you will be dedicated to helping members build water confidence, improve techniques, and achieve their health and fitness goals.
Working on a flexible bank contract basis, you will deliver high-quality instruction on an ad-hoc schedule. You will foster a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment for participants of all skill levels, adhering to recognised national framework guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver individual one-to-one or group swimming sessions tailored to varied age groups and abilities.
Follow the Swim England teaching framework to track participant progress and ensure proper swimming techniques.
Promote facility amenities and swim programs to members, maintaining strong positive relationships across the club.
Requirements
ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher certification.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a student-focused teaching style.
Ability to structure engaging lessons while upholding strict pool safety standards.
