Swim Instructor (Bank)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join the team at a vibrant Fitness & Wellbeing Club in Yeovil, UK. In this role, you will be dedicated to helping members build water confidence, improve techniques, and achieve their health and fitness goals.

Working on a flexible bank contract basis, you will deliver high-quality instruction on an ad-hoc schedule. You will foster a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment for participants of all skill levels, adhering to recognised national framework guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver individual one-to-one or group swimming sessions tailored to varied age groups and abilities.

• Follow the Swim England teaching framework to track participant progress and ensure proper swimming techniques.

• Promote facility amenities and swim programs to members, maintaining strong positive relationships across the club.

Requirements

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher certification.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a student-focused teaching style.

• Ability to structure engaging lessons while upholding strict pool safety standards.
