About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with our client to recruit an enthusiastic and community-focused Customer Team Leader in Eastleigh.
In this role, you will take the next step toward retail management by leading a small team in a fast-paced store. You will own the day-to-day running of the store on your shift, motivating and coaching colleagues while working hands-on on the shop floor and tills to set the pace and deliver a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach your shift team to deliver efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
Store Operations: Own the day-to-day running of the store, supporting store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and basic HR processes.
Hands-On Retail: Work actively on the shop floor and tills, helping keep shelves stocked and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Community & Membership: Champion store membership growth and build strong connections with the local community.
Candidate Requirements
Age Requirement: Must be aged 18 or over to authorize age-related sales.
Core Skills: A passion for people and leadership, flexibility, and the ability to lead by example.
Experience: Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or team management is welcome, but not essential—full training is provided!
Shift Availability: Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, and late evenings (store closing), with at least 1 weekend shift. Working patterns to be discussed further at interview.
