Salary: £13.11 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time / Shift Work (12.5-hour shifts, typically 3–4 days a week including nights and weekends. Sponsorship is not available).

What You Will Be Doing
Provide compassionate, person-centred care to service users at every stage of their recovery and rehabilitation pathway.
Support ward rounds, observe behaviours, and help shape responsive, tailored care plans.
Assist with everyday tasks, including personal care, to promote dignity, independence, and well-being.
Collaborate closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, high-quality support.
Complete a comprehensive three-week induction program designed to help you thrive from day one.

Previous experience in mental health care or a similar setting is highly beneficial.
Where You Will Be Working
Thornford Park is a 141-bed hospital set within 21 acres of Berkshire countryside. It offers a seamless care pathway across medium/low secure services, psychiatric intensive care units (PICUs), and rehabilitation flats, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, personality disorders, learning disabilities, and autism.
