The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to join our client and support the maturation of their business-as-usual (BAU) service.

In this role, you will take ownership of onboarding new applications, driving stakeholder relationships, handling critical integration upgrades (including ServiceNow), and clearing a backlog of onboarding requirements. You will also play a key part as the organisation transitions away from legacy platforms like SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SAP IdM in the coming year.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of application onboarding and clear out existing onboarding requirement backlogs.

• Manage key stakeholder relationships across business and technical groups.

• Handle crucial integration upgrades, including ServiceNow integration.

• Demo IAM capabilities and features confidently to a diverse range of stakeholder groups.

• Apply a solid understanding of application and infrastructure dependencies to daily operations.

• Beneficial focus: Support the upcoming transition away from legacy platforms like SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SAP IdM.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience as an IAM Consultant specializing in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

• Solid understanding of application and infrastructure dependencies.

• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to run stakeholder demos and manage relationships.

• Nice to have: Prior migration or transition experience involving SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SAP IdM.

• Ability to work on a hybrid schedule (ideally based out of Sheffield or alternatively London).

• Comfort operating under an Inside IR35 contract framework.
