Location: Hybrid (Ideally 2–3 days per week in Sheffield, with options for London)
Day Rate: £600 – £715 per day
Contract Length: Initial 6 months (part of a wider multi-year transformation)

We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to join our client and support the maturation of their business-as-usual (BAU) service.
In this role, you will take ownership of onboarding new applications, driving stakeholder relationships, handling critical integration upgrades (including ServiceNow), and clearing a backlog of onboarding requirements. You will also play a key part as the organisation transitions away from legacy platforms like SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SAP IdM in the coming year.
Take ownership of application onboarding and clear out existing onboarding requirement backlogs.
Manage key stakeholder relationships across business and technical groups.
Handle crucial integration upgrades, including ServiceNow integration.
Demo IAM capabilities and features confidently to a diverse range of stakeholder groups.
Apply a solid understanding of application and infrastructure dependencies to daily operations.
Beneficial focus: Support the upcoming transition away from legacy platforms like SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SAP IdM.
Proven hands-on experience as an IAM Consultant specializing in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Solid understanding of application and infrastructure dependencies.
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to run stakeholder demos and manage relationships.
Nice to have: Prior migration or transition experience involving SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SAP IdM.
Ability to work on a hybrid schedule (ideally based out of Sheffield or alternatively London).
Comfort operating under an Inside IR35 contract framework.
