Dimensions is hiring Support Workers for its services in Sheffield (S5 and S13 areas). You will help the people you support live the life they choose – building everyday living skills, getting involved in community activities, managing medication, keeping their home safe and comfortable, and getting to appointments. No previous social care experience is needed.

Key details

• Pay: £14.59 per hour

• Hours: 37.5 hours a week, permanent (part-time roles also available)

• Shifts: early, late, sleep-in, weekend and bank holiday shifts, starting from 7am

• Location: Sheffield, S5 and S13

• Closing date: 15 November 2026

What you'll need

• A full UK or EU manual driving licence

• The right to work in the UK

• An enhanced DBS check (the employer pays for this)

• Willingness to learn, resilience and a person-centred approach
