The Offer
Hourly Rate: £13.45 - £14.45 per hour
Premium Rates: Earn an extra £2.00/hr on Bank Holidays and £3.50/hr for night hours.
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (contracts up to 35 hours)
Location: Altofts Road, Normanton, WF6 2AY

What You’ll Do
In this role, no two days are the same. You will be a vital part of the store team, keeping things running smoothly and putting smiles on customers' faces. Your day-to-day will include:
Customer Care: Being the face of the store—answering questions, helping with requests, and delivering great service.
Stock & Delivery: Working quickly and efficiently to get deliveries from the delivery truck to the shelves.
The Bakery: Keeping the store smelling incredible by baking fresh goods and keeping the bakery fully stocked.
The Middle Aisles: Merchandising and organizing the highly popular, ever-changing Non-Food middle aisles.
What You’ll Need
Experience working comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The flexibility to work a variety of shifts (including early starts and late finishes).
A positive, adaptable attitude toward changing daily priorities.
A friendly, welcoming smile and a real desire to work as part of a supportive team.
