Assisting residents with daily routines, food, and drink
Following personalized care plans
Ensuring each resident receives dedicated one-to-one time
Bringing warmth, empathy, and a positive, can-do attitude to the care home environment
About You
To join us as a Care Assistant, you will bring:
Experience: Prior experience in caring for older people
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
Compassion: Natural empathy, a warm-hearted nature, and a true commitment to delivering the highest standard of resident care
No prior formal certification is required; comprehensive training will be provided to help you thrive and grow.
