Salary & Key Details
Salary: £12.90 per hour + mileage paid at 32p per mile
Contract Type: Full Time (40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7 am – 10 pm and alternating weekends)

Your Role as a Senior Care Assistant
Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.
Support and mentor new members of the care team.
Carry out occasional spot checks to help maintain high care standards.
Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: A minimum of 12 months' care experience and a positive attitude (NVQ Level 2 is preferable).
Skills: Good people skills, strong empathy, and a caring, compassionate nature.
Requirements: Full UK driving licence.
Right to Work: A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we currently cannot offer visa sponsorship).
