Job Overview
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our Wiltshire service based in Devizes.
Are you ready to take the lead and make a real difference in people’s lives? In this unique supported living service supporting up to 38 people across 7 bungalows, you will split your time between hands-on support and leadership/administrative tasks to oversee and deliver high-quality support, helping individuals live as independently as possible within their own homes and local communities.

What You Will Do
Split your time between direct, hands-on support on shift and vital leadership/administrative tasks
Encourage: Help individuals play active roles in their communities to foster independence
Support: Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, social outings, routines, meal preparation, and budgeting
Communicate & Engage: Connect using people’s chosen methods and motivate them to enhance their quality of life
Specialise & Record: Provide positive behavioural support approaches where needed, keep accurate records, and report changes in health or circumstances to management
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
Full UK driver's licence
Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care, with a willingness to work towards Level 3
A motivated, proactive team player ready to step into a leadership role
