Position: Funeral Plan Arranger
Location: Covering the South Wales region (Swansea and Cardiff)

Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Term, Part-Time (20 hours per week)
We are partnering with Co-op Funeralcare to recruit an empathetic and organized Funeral Plan Arranger for a 6-month fixed-term contract covering the South Wales region. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for funeral plans, delivering an outstanding client experience while managing your own calendar to meet clients, follow up on enquiries, and build relationships in the local community.

Client Guidance: Provide expert guidance on funeral plans, helping clients understand their options and plan their service in line with regulations and FCA guidelines.
Diary & Record Management: Manage your own calendar—making/receiving client calls and arranging face-to-face visits—while keeping accurate, secure records with discretion.
Branch Collaboration: Work closely with branch teams to provide guidance and administrative support on funeral plan enquiries.
Driving Requirement: A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (as travel across the South Wales region is required).
Skills & Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is advantageous but not required. Excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills are essential.
Empathy & Care: High levels of empathy, discretion, active listening, and a passion for supporting clients during vulnerable times.
Flexibility: Working a variety of shifts between Monday and Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
