Hallmark Care Homes is recruiting a clinical Deputy Manager for Melrose Grange, a new 80-bed care home in St Mellons, Cardiff. You will support the General Manager to lead the team, take charge of clinical care including assessment and care planning, drive quality and compliance, and help recruit and develop staff as the home opens.

What you'll need

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN

• Experience as a Deputy Manager in a high-end home, or as manager of a smaller home

• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, compliance and quality assurance

• Experience caring for older people and good IT skills, including digital care systems
