What Is Required From You?

• Experience: Experience working in a professional kitchen with a solid understanding of kitchen operations and managing dietary requirements.

• Desirable Skills: Knowledge of the IDDSI framework or experience supporting complex dietary requirements.

• Right to Work: A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is currently unavailable).

• Availability: Available to work day shifts and alternate weekends on a bank/zero-hour basis.

What You Will Be Doing

• Culinary Creation: Crafting delicious meals that meet individual dietary needs, creating themed dining experiences that bring the home to life, or serving a favourite dish that reminds someone of home.

• Kitchen Operations: Helping create daily menus, supporting the organization and smooth running of the kitchen, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation at all times.
